The Way We Use Information
We use the home address information you provide when you join Tucson Moms for the sole purpose of maintaining adequate Tucson Moms membership records. We do not share this information with outside parties. However, Tucson Moms uses an external vendor for mailing of its newsletter and the database is shared with this vendor only for that purpose.
We use email addresses to send notices about Tucson Moms activities and related information and to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. Tucson Moms will only send email that we deem is directly beneficial to our members (this may be on behalf of outside parties). Your email address will never be shared with outside parties.
We also ask our members, playgroup leaders, and committee volunteers to use the same discretion regarding members’ personal information. Home addresses and email addresses are for the sole purpose of Tucson Moms business and are never to be used for private or commercial solicitation. Violations of this policy shall be grounds for termination of membership.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

You can access all your personally identifiable information that we collect and maintain by contacting the Membership Database Administrator at email@example.com We use this procedure to better safeguard your information. You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request to correct such errors.
